The Perfect Marriage

Prince William and Kate Middleton seem to have the perfect marriage. They appeared happy and healthy as they wistfully tied the knot at their recent royal wedding in London.
The question is, what makes for a perfect marriage? Is it that two people are simply just “right” for each other? Or does it take a lot of hard work to form a perfect union? This question has been debated for many years and I don’t think there is a perfect answer. I believe that if you strive for the perfect marriage or perfect union, and that is what you set your mind on finding, then you will in fact find the perfect mate. What you put out in the universe, is what you get back in return.

Nicholas Clancy
Nicholas Clancy has joined the growing team of condo specialist Realtors® at OwnACondo.com, and is eager to share his wealth of real estate knowledge gathered over several years in the mortgage industry.
“I bring seven years of experience as a mortgage broker and banker to my real estate career. As a lifelong resident of Chicago, I am very familiar with local condos and the housing market in general in the city and its many neighborhoods and suburbs,” said Nicholas, a diligent worker who specializes in assisting buyers.

A graduate of De La Salle High School, Nicholas Clancy studied at Harold Washington College before heading into the business world. Chester Williams
Chester Williams has joined the growing team of dedicated real estate professionals at OwnACondo.com, bringing five years of real estate sales experience, and a wealth of customer service skills too.
“I just enjoy seeing people get their dream homes,” said Chester. “I am good at matching people up with the right property. I listen to what they want and what their needs are, and I know the Chicago market well.
He studied business and economics at Illinois State University, and after earning his real estate license, Chester Williams worked for Century 21 Blair James Realty on the North Side of Chicago from 2007 to 2009. In addition, he has several decades of experience in customer service, having worked for the past 20 years for Advertising Broadcast Services, where he is now collections manager.

John Feminis
John Feminis is the newest addition to the growing team of Realtors® at OwnACondo.com, bringing with him a wealth of customer service, sales and appraisal knowledge and experience.
“Real estate is a fascinating business, and I really enjoy meeting people and helping them find their dream home or investment property,” said John. Before recently earning his real estate sales license, the Park Forest resident had been an associate appraiser for Blue Edge Inc. in Joliet for about five years. Prior to that, he worked for many years in customer service and retail sales. For the past year, he was a field technician for Air Serv Inc., an aviation company. But he found his calling in real estate.

Tracenda Stenhouse
Tracenda Stenhouse has joined the growing team of Realtors® at OwnACondo.com.
Traycee, as she is known, brings four years of real estate experience to her new position, in addition to 14 years of sales and customer service experience.

The Frankfort resident, who enjoys spending time at home with her four-month-old daughter when she is not working, studied business at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, as well as Illinois State University and DePaul University.
“I have been a real estate agent for four years, and have a total of 14 years of experience in customer service and sales. Before finding real estate, I worked for several companies as a salesperson and as a customer service manager,” said Traycee. Joe Olan
Joe Olan has joined the growing team of Realtors® at OwnACondo.com.
The lifelong resident of the Chicago area, who lives in Park Ridge, brings a wealth of real estate experience to OwnACondo.com, having worked in the industry since 1989 when he received his real estate license. He went on to become a licensed broker also.
After working as a supervisor for UPS, Joe said he originally became interested in real estate as an investor and then decided to make a career of it. Earlier in his career, he worked for Century 21 and RE/MAX, and then opened his own brokerage. He is licensed in both Illinois and Florida.

Edward Terry

Edward, a resident of Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood, studied business at DePaul University, and was a session musician and songwriter until 2007 when he discovered his passion for real estate.
